Resources to Start a Successful Forum

While the Forums are not governed by FOTA we want to help you build a successful organization.  While a formal structure is not mandatory, the most successful Forums in Florida have By Laws & Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs are basically job descriptions and policies of sorts) .
