Leadership Development team

Are you an OT/OTA practitioner interested in being a leader? Do you know a colleague who would be a great leader?

Inspire: OT Leaders in clinical, academic and management venues will identify the skills that practitioners need to effectively lead on the job, in their careers, and their profession.
Interact: Talk with OT peers and experienced practitioners in breakout sessions designed to reveal leadership qualities within. Speakers and presenters from OT leaders in Florida, stories of leadership from veterans and students from across our state. Information on volunteering, mentorship, and leadership all within your profession and your state.
Expand: Gain knowledge about the mission and initiatives of the Florida Occupational Therapy Association (FOTA), and the ways OTs & OTAs can grow their leadership skills within their state.

Our next event is in planning, stay tuned!
