CANCELLATION and REFUNDS
If you need to cancel your Conference registration/sponsorship, notify FOTA by e-mail.
A 25% processing fee will be applied to all cancellation requests made after October 1, 2026 and Refunds will not be issued after October 19,2026 or for “no-shows".
