FOTAconf Schedule

FOTA24 Professional Session & Poster Information: 

• Presentation Template:  CFP guidelines  Google Slide Version
  
• Session Template: You are required to use our template for your presentation. At a minimum use our cover and back page with the sponsor listings. Follow the guide lines on the template for font and type.
• You must submit your presentation to Oxford Abstract by December 1, 2024.
• Poster Template (optional): For download use only. Do not type over our template. This is a PPT poster Template.
• You must submit your presentation to Oxford Abstract by December 1, 2024.  
• Session Handout: 
• Handouts are not required:  If you would like to support your research, you may upload multiple documents, and or videos to our conference website (Oxford Abstracts). Please upload by December 1, 2024. After this time submitter access to submissions will be closed.
• All FOTAconf attendees will have access to the your submission information on Oxford Abstracts. Attendees will have access to this link approx. 2 weeks after event. 

• Presenting at Conference:
• Arrive Early to Session: All presenters are required to be in the session 10 minutes prior to the start time.
• Session Moderator: Each session will have an assigned moderator. The moderator will help monitor will  assist with any technical difficulties.  Please allow for Q&A time during session.

Student Poster Information 

• Poster Template (optional): For download use only. Do not type over our template. This is a PPT poster Template.
• Poster Judging:
• Judging will take place on TBD via Zoom. The judging schedule will be posted TBD
• Poster Presentation at Conference:
• Poster Guidelines: remember you must supply poster backing (eg. foam board) and any attachment supplies. We will only supply an easel.
• All posters must be submitted electronically to our conference website Oxford Abstracts by December 1st. 
• All presenters should stay in the session for the entire 50-minute time slot. 
• Arrive Early to Session: All presenters are required to be in the session 10 minutes prior to the start time
