FOTA25 Professional Session & Poster Information:
- Presentation Template: CFP guidelines Google Slide Version
- Session Template: You are required to use our template for your presentation. At a minimum use our cover and back page with the sponsor listings. Follow the guide lines on the template for font and type.
- You must submit your presentation to Oxford Abstract by October 7, 2025.
- Poster Template (optional): For download use only. Do not type over our template. This is a PPT poster Template.
- You must submit your presentation to Oxford Abstract by October 7, 2025.
- Session Handout:
- Handouts are not required: If you would like to support your research, you may upload multiple documents, and or videos to our conference website (Oxford Abstracts). Please upload by October 11, 2025. After this time submitter access to submissions will be closed.
- All FOTA25 attendees will have access to the your submission information on Oxford Abstracts. Attendees will have access to this link approx. 2 weeks after event.
- Presenting at Conference:
- Arrive Early to Session: All presenters are required to be in the session 10 minutes prior to the start time.
- Session Moderator: Each session will have an assigned moderator. The moderator will help monitor will assist with any technical difficulties. Please allow for Q&A time during session.
