Presentations:
- POSTER DUE: MONDAY, OCTOBER 25 BY MIDNIGHT.
- Posters will be presented electronically. Please save your poster as a PDF. The file is to be 1-page only. The speaker will be able to zoom in on the poster during judging and conference. We are not providing a template. Your presentation is required to be uploaded to our Drive. Instructions to access the drive and folders will be sent to the primary speaker.
- PRESENTATION TITLE: Please title your presentation the same as your poster short title. IE. SP1 Short title , SP2 Short Title. This will make it easier for the conference team to find your presentation.
- Poster presenters do not upload a handout, you only are to upload your poster presentation.
Judging:
- Students will present for our judges on November 8 or November 9. The judging schedule is above. The judging will take place via Zoom and a link will be provided to the speakers primary contact. You will have 10 minutes to present your poster to the judges. Please ensure your speakers are prepared and ready at the requested times. Speakers will share their presentations via zoom.
Conference:
- The FOTA21 conference is November 13-14, 2021, see the schedule above. Each presentation will have 10 minutes to present (including Q&A). Each Student Poster session will have 4-5 presentation and we request all speakers to remain in their session for the entire :50 mins.
- The Poster Awards ceremony will take place Sunday, November 15 at 2:00 pm. Awards will be mailed to winners.
- We are using HOPIN for our event platform. We will provide an opportunity for speakers to practice on this software prior to our conference date. Information regarding the practice date and time will be sent to the presenters primary contact.
- All speakers are required to register for the conference.
