Poster Guidelines
  • Poster Template (optional): For download use only. Do not type over our template. This is a PPT poster Template.
  • Poster Guidelines: remember you must supply poster backing (eg. foam board) and any attachment supplies. We will only supply an easel.
    • All poster presenters are to be in attendance for both the Judging Sessions and the FOTA25 Conference (in person). This means everyone who is in your group will be present and present.
    • All speakers should register, attend the conference and present to a live audience. Register for FOTA25 conference
    • All posters at FOTA25 will only be available for in person viewing

Judging: 

  • Students will present for our judges on October 27 & 28 from 6-8pm via Zoom.  
  • All posters must be submitted electronically to our conference website Oxford Abstracts by October 20th.  
  • The judging & Conference presentation schedule is below.  You will have 10 minutes to present your poster to the judges. Please ensure your speakers are prepared and ready at the requested times. Speakers will share their presentations via zoom.  You will present from your electronic version of poster (not a ppt).
